How to Book
Please select your doctor from our Our People page for information about booking an initial or follow-up consultation.
Deposit
A deposit of $300 is required for all new patient bookings and a deposit of $150 is required for all follow-up bookings.
Telehealth
Under normal circumstances, initial consultations cannot be conducted via Telehealth. However, if the doctor deems Telehealth is appropriate, the fee is the same as that for a face-to-face consultation and must be paid in full at the time of booking. Follow-up Telehealth consultations must also be paid in full at the time of booking.
Fees
Consultation fees vary depending on the doctor, appointment type and complexity of the consultation. Please see the individual doctor's profile for information about their fees and Medicare rebates.
Please note that we are not a bulk-billing practice.
Wait Times
For most of our doctors, the wait time for new patients is at least three months. To allow us to triage, and to bring forward urgent appointments when we receive a cancellation, please send us a referral at the time of booking.
